パソコンで標準病名マスターを検索する定番ソフト「病名くん」のAndroid版「病名さん」がリリースされました。スマートフォンからも、標準病名マスター・傷病名マスターの病名検索、標準コード確認ができます。病名さんは、ICD10対応電子カルテ用標準病名マスター（財団法人医療情報システム開発センター）および傷病名マスター（いわゆるレセプト電算マスター）に収載された病名を検索できるアプリケーションです。検索病名には、ICD10コード、病名交換用コード、レセコードの情報が表示されますので、コードの確認などにお役立てください。検索には、索引用のデータ（索引テーブル）を用いるため、同義類義病名・読みでの検索が可能です。標準病名マスターそのものについての詳細は、以下のページhttp://www.medis.or.jp/のMEDIS標準マスター総合案内 のところをご覧下さい。■主な機能- キーワードから病名を探す検索された病名について、ICD10コード、傷病名コード、管理番号、交換用コードを表示します。- ICDから病名を探す検索された病名について、ICD10コード、傷病名コード、管理番号、交換用コードを表示します。- 検索履歴から病名を探す検索履歴が保存されるので、過去の検索から病名を探せます。- 検索結果を保存する検索結果をSDカードのファイルに保存、メールで送信することができます。クリップボードへ保存し、コピー＆ペーストも可能です。■推奨環境Android OS 4.1以上を推奨The Android version of "Disease Name", a standard software for searching standard disease name masters on a PC, has been released.
